Sysmetric CTS (Sysmetric Complex Testing Systems) offers a comprehensive range of fatigue testing systems that include testers, control cabinets, saline control , and fatigue testing management PC software.

The Sysmetric CTS Fatigue Testing System, initially developed in 2008, has continuously evolved through numerous iterations. Currently, hundreds of these fatigue testers are operational in laboratories worldwide, spanning locations in Israel and the USA.

One to One: Structured on a one-on-one basis, where each tester is exclusively dedicated to testing a single DUT. Each tester operates independently based on a specific set of test parameters, including the number of cycles, set rate, set force, set displacement, and cutoff thresholds.
Dual control: The DCFT tester offers dual control options, a blend of displacement and/or force control capabilities. Secondary control: supervision (with cutoffs) or monitor only.
Scalable: From single desktop system for R&D to multi cabinet systems housing hundreds of testers.
Flexible: Compact and user-friendly, with seamless integration to test devices and a wide range of protocol options.

Test Environment:

Control cabinet with touch screen HMI, PLC controller for saline bath control and all control and electrical components.
Bath cabinet includes 3 extendable bath shelves with automatic led lighting.
Each bath typically houses 6 testers and includes temperature & saline level sensors, saline bath heater and saline agitator.
The PLC communicates with the saline sensors and the fatigue testers, ensuring that testers automatically shut off in response to changes in saline temperature and saline level.

FTMS (Fatigue Management Software) – Expresso

Multiple control types: Displacement/Force with secondary control option of monitoring or supervision.
Alert and cut off thresholds for all test parameters.
Multiple steps test for DFM dynamic failure mode.
